3. ORDER PROCESS
Orders are initiated through WhatsApp or another ordering channel made available by Nolarax.
When you click “Order Now,” you may be directed to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing information related to the service you wish to order.
Nolarax may review your website, requirements and the information necessary to determine whether the order can be fulfilled according to the published service scope.
An order becomes confirmed after the service details have been agreed and full payment has been received.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Full payment is required before work begins.

8. REVISIONS

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PLACEMENTS

The client understands that third-party websites and platforms operate independently and may change their policies, availability, content or requirements.
Nolarax is responsible for delivering the agreed service within the published scope but does not control third-party systems or policies.
10. REFUND POLICY
Because Nolarax requires full payment before work begins and may commit resources or third-party costs to fulfill an accepted order, payments are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Before placing an order, clients are encouraged to review the service description, deliverables, price and these Terms carefully.
Where applicable and agreed under the service scope, Nolarax will complete the purchased work and provide the agreed deliverables rather than refunding a confirmed order.
11. NO GUARANTEE OF SEARCH RESULTS
AI Search Optimization is intended to improve a website’s readiness and visibility across modern search environments.
However, Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and other search engines or AI systems control their own algorithms, systems, rankings, citations and recommendations.
Therefore, Nolarax does not guarantee:
- A specific Google ranking.
- A specific AI search position.
- Inclusion in an AI-generated answer.
- A specific number of AI citations.
- A specific recommendation by an AI platform.
- A specific level of traffic.
- A specific increase in leads, sales or revenue.
Changes to search algorithms, AI systems, indexing, third-party platforms or other external factors may affect results.
12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to perform the service.
Where necessary, the client must provide appropriate website access, URLs, business information, keywords, materials or other details reasonably required for fulfillment.
The client must also ensure that any information, content or materials provided to Nolarax may legally be used for the requested service.
Nolarax is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable or late client information.
13. WEBSITE AND CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client remains responsible for ownership, legality and accuracy of the website, business information and materials submitted for optimization.
Nolarax does not knowingly create or place unlawful content on behalf of a client.
Clients must not request services involving illegal activity, fraud, malware, deceptive practices, copyright infringement or other unlawful conduct.
Nolarax reserves the right to refuse or cancel a request that conflicts with applicable law, platform policies or these Terms.
14. SERVICE SCOPE CHANGES
The purchased service covers the published scope at the time of order.
Requests for additional work, additional deliverables or changes outside the agreed scope are not automatically included.
Any additional work must be separately discussed and agreed before it is performed.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The client retains ownership of materials and information that the client provides to Nolarax.
Once the purchased service has been completed and paid for, the client may use the agreed deliverables for their website or business purposes, subject to any applicable third-party rights, licenses or platform restrictions.
Nolarax retains the right to use its own general knowledge, processes, methods and experience developed independently of the client’s confidential materials.
16. CONFIDENTIALITY
Nolarax will handle client information with reasonable care and will use information provided by the client for purposes related to delivering, managing and supporting the purchased service, subject to the Nolarax Privacy Policy.
Clients should not send passwords or highly sensitive information through insecure communication channels unless specifically required and appropriate for the service.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nolarax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from the use of the service or from changes made by search engines, AI platforms, third-party websites or other external systems.
Nolarax’s responsibility is limited to the agreed service and deliverables purchased by the client.
18. EXTERNAL PLATFORMS
Nolarax may use or interact with external websites, search engines, AI platforms and other third-party services when required by the service.
Nolarax does not control those third parties and cannot guarantee their continued availability, policies, indexing, ranking systems, recommendations or behavior.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Nolarax may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to our services, website, business practices or applicable requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing Nolarax and the relevant transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
